SFC Update

Hello Dear ones!
I am so stoaked to tell you all that Snow Boarders For Christ ~Oregon is officially underway! God has been opening numerous doors and giving us the go-ahead in so many areas. I am kinda like "is this for real!" IT IS! God is so good! Please continue to pray for community and unity among us as leaders ~ God has brought four of us very different, BUT very similar people together! HE is AMAZING! Pray for the spriritual battles we have and will experience, Please pray for finances, and prayer supporters, please also pray for snow, and that we would be able to get involved in the snowboard community that this wonderful mountain has already. If you want to check us out you can find us right now on MySpace.

Thanks for the prayers!
As for me and the rest of my life I am working at Youth Guidance Association at the Son Village program. I am reminded daily how important a relationship with Jesus is, how valuable family is, and how sufficiant grace is!
I am involved at Good Shepherd College Group and being challenged by my leaders and peers there, to grow deeper with Jesus.
My family is doing great, busy, but great and we are looking forward to the holiday season were we all will HOPEFULLY be able to see eachother for more then a few hours at a time.
Post a comment if you will and know that you and yours are loved!
Blessings!
J.J.

Hey J.J.
I think I check out your blog every day just to see the photos of Hood. Oh how I miss the Oregon smell, rain, but not the wind as I hear it has been really bad.
That is so exciting about SFC! :)
It is not nearly as cold here as it is in Portland or up where you live. We had a little bit of snow one night, but it didn't stay. I have been learning lots about how to get around town and even a little bit of language. Hope that you have all your Christmas shopping done. I have not even started. It is definently harder to shop when you must venture out to buy the things you hope to find, and they might not actually be what you were really looking for. I am also a pretty picky shopper and if I know what I need I just go and get it and leave. Flexability is always a good word here. :)
Love ya,
